TL/DR Drawings kill the search scribble function. That way I can make a nice large text cover and find it quickly visually, instead of reverting to the text below. I do wish you could choose notebooks to exclude from global searching.įinally Boox (if you are reading this), my final wish is to have the option to select a page notebooks should show on the top level "thumbnail", instead of showing last page used. I guess there is so many lines to try and convert into text, I end up cancelling it. I have one notepad for sketching ideas/wood working projects, I do then find when I try and search all notebooks for a word using the option "scribble" it kills the search progression. I guess the skill is to sketch something with as few lines as possible! So read on to find which is the best e-ink tablet for your specific needs. Note Airs versatile 10.3inch size makes it an excellent device. With all that in mind, we've gathered together the best e-ink tablets on the market today, to suit a range of budgets and uses. There does appear to be a sweetspot of how many lines a sketch note should have, exceed this and it goes slow. I‘ll be glad for any insights and also can try to answer questions, if you have any about the Boox Note Air Plus 2. "undo" can sometimes weirdly influence other lines (also needs more investigation). There is a little more lag on the Boox than on the RM2, but the difference is small. The RM2 is also glass, and the hardware of the e-ink screen is identical. You wont notice any real difference in lag, even if you put both devices next to each other. grey shades can sometimes behave weird, especially when layered - I‘ll test this more and update when I found out this happens exactly The writing and note-taking are very close."lasso eraser" and "stroke eraser" are faster."undo" and "mobile eraser" are incredibly slow,.Maybe this can be useful to someone. So far I‘ve found out that: This manual is available in the following languages: English. This manual comes under the category drawing tablets and has been rated by 1 people with an average of a 6.9. Hey all, even tho drawing and sketching is not my primary use case (would go for iPad if it was), I still wanted to test it out. View the manual for the BOOX Note Air here, for free.
